Use of LogFast

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LogFast.
• You are responsible for the information you enter, the security of your account, and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
• You agree not to misuse LogFast, interfere with the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer the app, scrape non-public systems, or attempt to access another user's account or data.
• You agree not to enter unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, confidential, payment-card, or highly sensitive personal information into shopping-list items, favorite products, recipes, or assistant messages.

Accounts and Sign-In

LogFast supports email/password sign-in and third-party sign-in options such as Apple and Google. Third-party sign-in services are governed by their own terms and policies. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused or these Terms are violated.

Shopping Lists, Deals, and Favorite Products

• LogFast helps you create shopping lists, browse supermarket promotions, match list items to deals, track favorite products, and receive deal alerts.
• Prices, promotions, availability, product names, quantities, images, dates, and potential savings may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or different in store, online, or by location.
• LogFast is not a supermarket, retailer, coupon provider, delivery service, or financial adviser. We do not guarantee that a product will be available, that a promotion will be honored, or that any displayed saving will be achieved.
• Store names, product names, trademarks, and promotional materials belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, LogFast is not affiliated with or endorsed by the supermarkets shown in the app.

AI and Recipe Features

• LogFast uses AI to generate assistant replies, product classifications, dish ingredient lists, meal ideas, recipe steps, and nutrition estimates.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe for your circumstances, or unsuitable for your preferences, allergies, dietary needs, budget, cooking equipment, or local availability.
• You are responsible for reviewing recipes, ingredients, allergens, cooking instructions, nutritional estimates, and deal suggestions before relying on them.
• AI-generated content is provided for convenience and general information only. It is not medical, nutrition, dietetic, financial, professional, or safety advice.

Health and Food Safety Disclaimer

LogFast is a smart-shopping, food-planning, and recipe-support app. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any disease or health condition. Always check labels, allergens, expiry dates, food-handling instructions, cooking temperatures, and professional guidance where relevant.

Subscriptions and Paid Features

• Some features may require a paid LogFast subscription.
• Subscription availability, prices, trials, renewal periods, feature limits, and included paid features may vary by platform, country, account, app version, and active product configuration.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable app-store provider. We use purchase status from the applicable app store to provide access to paid features.
• Unless the applicable app store states otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You must manage cancellation through the app-store account used for purchase.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and payment method issues are handled by the applicable app store according to its policies. LogFast does not receive your full payment-card details.
• If purchase confirmation is delayed, unavailable, or inconsistent, paid access may be temporarily unavailable until your subscription can be confirmed.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, LogFast may send alerts about matching deals, favorite-product offers, onboarding follow-ups, service messages, and subscription-related reminders. Notifications are informational only and may arrive late, not arrive, or refer to a promotion that has changed. You can disable notifications in your device settings, and some alert preferences can be changed in the app.

Your Content

• You keep ownership of the shopping-list items, prompts, favorite products, recipes, notes, support messages, and other content you submit to LogFast.
• You grant us permission to use, host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create derived data from your content as needed to provide, secure, support, analyze, and improve LogFast.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law or another person's rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using LogFast, you also agree to the practices described there.

Account Deletion

You may request account and data deletion in the app or by contacting support. The current in-app deletion flow submits a request for manual review and processing; it does not immediately delete your account or end your active session. We may retain certain information where required or permitted for legal, security, billing, backup, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational reasons.

License and Intellectual Property

• LogFast, including the app, website, design, code, branding, databases, deal-matching logic, and non-user content, is protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LogFast for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, decompile, or create competing services from LogFast except where law expressly allows it.

Third-Party Services

LogFast works with outside companies to provide sign-in, notifications, AI features, analytics, error reporting, hosting, purchases, and app-store distribution. Those companies may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and availability rules. We are not responsible for third-party services, stores, products, promotions, websites, or policies.

Service Changes and Termination

We may change, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of LogFast at any time, including feature limits, paid features, supported markets, supermarkets, AI capabilities, alerts, and deal sources. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause harm, or use LogFast in a way that may expose us or others to liability.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogFast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate AI outputs, accurate prices, successful savings, complete supermarket coverage, notification delivery, or availability of any feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or substitute services arising from your use of LogFast.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of LogFast after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
